Parsons acting for Receivers

Following the successful disposal of City Park in Hove on behalf of Mountgrange (Hove ) Ltd in Administration, acting for receivers Deloittes in Edinburgh, Parsons Son and Basley have now been instructed on a substantial portfolio of properties in Brighton and Newhaven.

BNP Paribas in Southampton have instructed Parsons Son & Basley to manage and dispose of a number of properties on behalf of Sign of Four / Farmiloe Ltd which are to be included in their October and December auctions. They have also acted for Savills (L&P) Ltd in Telford on disposals in Brighton and Lancing.
