Parsons Son & Basley's Brighton office have sold a development site in the heart of Chichester for £1.54 million.

Following the previous agents' unsuccessful campaign, Parsons Son & Basley were instructed by clients to sell 2 adjacent development sites comprising a town house, commercial garage and 2 cottages.
