Merit where Merit is due (September 2006)

Parsons Son & Basley in Lennox Street, Bognor Regis are very proud to announce that two members of their Residential Lettings team have recently gained their foundation certificates with the Association of Residential Lettings Agents.

Helen Roberts and Sue Calcutt have both attended a number of training courses encompassing the many complex legal and technical aspects of Residential Lettings which culminated in an examination held by ARLA. Helen and Sue both achieved a 'Merit'.

Residential Lettings Manager for Parsons Son & Basley, Karen Baker, said 'Helen and Sue are to be commended on their commitment and desire to increase their knowledge and expertise in the Residential Lettings field. They have both worked very hard over recent weeks to combine their work in a very busy office with studying for the examination in their spare time.
