Right to Manage takes off in Bognor Regis (Feb 2010)

Leaseholders of two blocks in Bognor Regis have recently acquired their right to self manage their blocks having exercised their Right to Manage (RTM) under the Commonhold & Leasehold Reform Act 2002. Parsons Son & Basley have worked closely with the Leaseholders of both Rock Gardens and Carlingford Court to set up their RTM Companies. They have now successfully taken over the management of their respective properties. In both cases, PS&B have been instructed as the Managing Agents on behalf of the respective RTM Companies.
