Parsons Son & Basley offer new beach huts for sale in Hove (May 2010)

Looking for a small place by the sea? Brighton & Hove City Council is building a number of new beach huts for sale to local people this summer, with the first phase now available.

Only Brighton & Hove residents are eligible to buy the new huts, which are on the promenade adjacent to Hove Lagoon. No brand new beach huts have been available to buy from the council for at least a decade so this is a rare opportunity.
