Partners   Geoff Holden FRICS Born in Hove and educated locally. He joined the firm in November 1974 and became a partner in 1985. Now responsible for managing the business he has a wealth of experience in the valuation and management of residential property. Keith Brinsmead MRICS Born in Sussex and educated locally. He joined the firm in 1983 and became a partner in 1995. He is responsible for commercial landlord and tenant work and for the Bognor Regis office. Paul Holder MRICS Born in Brighton and educated at Steyning and South Bank Polytechnic. He joined the firm in 1991 and became a partner in 2002. He is responsible for the residential and commercial sales/lettings teams in Brighton and Hove. In addition he leads the survey and valuation teams established in the various offices.
