Collecting and accounting for rents was one of the first services offered by Joseph Parsons in the 1820’s.

Today, the firm is responsible for the management of more than 4,000 tenancies. The majority of these are long leasehold flats. The properties are located along the south coast from Bournemouth to Hastings and inland as far as the London suburbs.

Most of these properties are administered from our Head Office in Brighton but our Bognor Regis office also offers residential management services.

Our property managers are experienced and well trained and backed-up by a computerised management accounts department.

Our building surveyors provide specialist advice on repairs and renewals and the insurance of the majority of the buildings is arranged by our own insurance department.

We manage a wide variety of property from modern purpose built blocks to a country estate. Our clients range from private individuals to public companies.

We are regulated by The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and by the Association of Residential Managing Agents.
