Under the current Construction Design & Management (CDM) regulations, most building projects, service installations and demolition work will require a CDM Co-ordinator (appointed under the regulations). The appointment of a Co-ordinator ensures satisfactory pre-planning, health and safety requirements and method statements are created and adhered to.

This service is provided for clients as an in-house addition to our project management services. We also carry out CDM work for other clients who are carrying out construction programmes through other consultants.
